Fruit Flavored Pale Ale Rogue's Juniper Pale Ale matured in Rogue Spruce Gin barrels
In a collaboration of crafts, Rogue Brewmaster John Maier and Rogue Spirits Master Distiller John Couchot have joined forces to create a distinct, innovative series of brews called John John Ales. The series will take Rogue Ales legends and age them in Rogue Spirits barrels. A 3,100 gallon batch of John John Ale produces 1357 cases of beer.
Best With:
The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor of pale ale lends to this beer’s ideal match with generously spiced foods such as Southern barbeque, wasabi crusted Japanese dishes, and curry based Indian dishes. This style is also the perfect complement to grilled meats, burgers, and pizza.

Rogue John John Juniper Tasting Notes
Tap. Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a proud, white head. Mostly traditional malt aroma, with some floral hops. Flavor begins with with a sweet maltiness, followed by a restrained hop presence. Only in the finish do the juniper berries come forth, generating a truly unique, spicy and fruity character. Light to medium in body with modest carbonation. A very nice, distinct beer.
