Rogue Ales Juniper Pale Ale
10/31/11 - Sea Girt, NJ
Appearance: 5 - Poured into a room temp pint glass. Cloudy, golden body radiated an energy that couldn't be ignored. A thick white head provided a barrier between heaven and Earth. Alive.
Aroma: 4 - Strong hops aroma jumped out immediately. Slight malty goodness also detected.
Flavor: 5 - Starts hoppy, finishes sweet and creamy. Subtle nuances I have no words for. Mild but intriguing.
Mouthfeel: 5 - Incredibly well balanced and carbonated. Maintains head, which adds to each sip.
Overall Impression: 5 - Holds up throughout the entire pint. Simply amazed at the quality of this beverage.
Comments: 4.8 - May be the best beer I have ever tasted.
