Belgian Style Wheat Beer This great wheat beer soon to be released in bottles and kegs is an unfiltered Belgian styled wit beer brewed with Belgian malt and wheat and spiced with coriander and orange peel with a touch of noble hops. Andy our brew master also adds a secret spice for a smooth, easy drinking beer.

This Belgian-style wheat beer works well on its own as an aperitif, but also pairs well with lighter fare such as salads with a citrus dressing. It can work surprisingly well with omelets made with apples and goat cheese. Some people enjoy this beer with a slice of orange as a garnish.
