Self-Defined Style:
German style Gose Verloren roughly translates to "lost" which describes the style of this beer. The Gose style was produced in Saxony before the establishment of the German beer purity law. Gose uses salt in the brewing process. This beer is an unfiltered wheat beer with coriander and salt. The coriander provides a spiciness to the brew and the salt does not make the beer salty, but adds a softness not usually found in wheat beers.
