A: Pours black with a slight red hue. almost completely opaque even when held up to a light. Huge pillowy tan to brown head sticks for a good while.
A: Roasty up front with caramel, chocolate, and coffee.
F: Deep roasted coffee that moves into caramel and burnt sugar. The caramel tinge of sweetness subsides into a rich dry finish.
M: Medium carbonation with a medium body that seems a bit thicker with the extra carbonation.
O: A very nicely done Irish stout. Takes a bit to pour the whole bottle due to a lot of head and carbonation but it quickly leaves the beer for a not so pringly mouthfeel. Rich roasty goodness.
