Rich meats such as prime rib, lamb, or wild fowl underscore Celebration's huge aroma, making a wonderful holiday meal. Intense, earthy pastas also work well - try goat cheese ravioli, a rich fettuccine, or gnocchi with Gorgonzola cheese sauce.

Barleyjarbrewco Celebration Ale
Copper brown strong hop aroma that fades fast. Surprisingly light body for the color. Flavor not over poweringly bitter with floral notes. Excellent lacing.
Fresh Hops
Light amber color, aromatic fresh hops. The use of the fresh hops makes the hoppy flavor so pleasant. It feels like you can actually taste the wet hop flower itself.
