Sierra Nevada
Self-Defined Style:
Hefeweizen Kellerweis is one of the only American Hefeweizens made using the traditional Bavarian style of open fermentation. This difficult and labor-intensive technique adds uncommon depth and flavor complexity. Our hazy-golden hefeweizen is deeply flavorful, refreshing and perfect for a sunny day. To serve, pour two-thirds into a glass, swirl and pour the rest.

Comments
Tasting of Sierra Nevada Kellerweis
Appearance: Nice and cloudy. Good golden color.
Aroma:
Flavor: First time I've tasted the banana flavor in a Hefe. With a little nuttiness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth coating on the tongue
Overall Impression: Very impressed with this beer. No bitterness. Rich flavors
Comments: The best beer I've ever had (So Far).
