The Ovila series is a series of abbey style beers (the first two in the series were a Belgian Dubbel and Saison) in collaboration with the monks at the Abbey of New Clairvaux. Proceeds from the beer series go towards the restoration of the historic Ovila chapter house building on the ground of the Abbey.
