Wheat Beer Pale, smooth, and light-bodied, Sierra Nevada Wheat Beer is brewed from premium malted wheat and light barley malts, utilizing our traditional ale yeast. This unfiltered ale is finished with the characteristically spicy Strissel Spalt hops from the Alsace region of France.

The fresh, light palate of Wheat Beer highlights the delicacy of a fish or simple chicken dish without being overpowering. When served with pizza or pasta, the clean wheat flavors of the two elements harmonize perfectly. While Wheat goes well with any type of sauce, we recommend trying a simple presentation of fresh pasta with olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh herbs.
