Self-Defined Style:
American-style IPA It’s Old-Man Bitter.
A mixture of citrus and pine that will remind you of the time you went on a vision quest with your Native American cousin and woke up in a pine-grove grove full of grapefruit trees.
An AMerican-style India Pale Ale with a deep golden-orange color. Bitter and hooppy, with a suprisingly smooth finish.
Best With:
strong, spicey foods such as curries / Thai food. Also works well with smoked or grilled meats, and for dessert, go for the sweet, like cheesecake or creme brulee.

Pairing s
A redish fall color. Reminds me of the leaves in New Jersey in October. this brew calls for spice if you decide to grab a bite. Sine of my best nights were sitting around drinking modus and eating grilled jalapenos.
Modus Hoperandi!!!!
Strong citrus aromas followed by pine rise from the glass. As it moves across your tongue… bitterness… following close behind is a melding of citrus and pine with light caramel sweetness.
