German-style Doppelbock A classic German-style doppelbock, dark, malty and full-bodied, brewed with German Munich and Roast malts and Hallertauer hops. It will agitate your taste buds and incite your imagination. A high-octane eisbock (frozen) version is occasionally available for special events.

This doppelbock is a great choice with pastries and desserts, roast goose, cured ham, smoked duck, wild turkey, filet with Dijon sauce, Chateaubriand.
