Wheat Wine A recently created American style, wheat wine, as its name implies, is a strong ale made with a substantial measure of malted wheat as well as barley. Close cousin to barley wines, wheat wines are typically strong, full bodied, deep gold to amber in color and feature a subtle soft tangy flavor derived from their wheat malt.
Best With:
This intensely rich wheat beer would make a suitable accompaniment to bread pudding, and can also be served on its own as a digestif.
