St. Bernardus
Self-Defined Style:
Belgian Wheat Ale St. Bernardus Witbier from Brouwerij St. Bernard is a traditional Belgian white beer developed and brewed in collaboration with the legendary Master Brewer Pierre Celis. This ale is very pale (whitish-yellow color) and quite hazy. The head is white and dense. In aroma, it has a wheaty, apple-like, tartness; herbal-spicy notes with coriander and orangey fruitiness and honeyish sweetness.
Best With:
This Belgian-style wheat beer works well on its own as an aperitif, but also pairs well with lighter fare such as salads with a citrus dressing. It can work surprisingly well with omelets made with apples and goat cheese. Some people enjoy this beer with a slice of orange as a garnish. User login

Comments: St. Bernardus are the absolute top quality of beers but it contains high amount of alcohol most about to 10.5% and it's aroma is slightly hops, I have been tried it but due its high quality amount of alcoholic percentage I feel very strong while drink its flavor contains coffee, tobacco, and stone fruits and it was the best choice of the hard core persons.
