Brewed By:
St. Georgen Brau
Self-Defined Style:
Kellerbier Appearance is brown, very little head, a bit cloudy. The nose displays hoppy, bitter malt. In the flavor, maltiness is grainy and medium bodied and hops are strong in the balance. Very low in carbonation as a result of unbunged maturation. This is a very pleasing and unique element to the Keller Bier that allows the flavor of the beer to come through powerfully. Nice bitterness lends a crisp dry finish that lasts.
Best With:
This Keller style beer is great with grainy and dark breads red meat dishes and strong cheeses. User login
