Altbier "Alt" means "old." Brewed like a lager, but fermented with an ale yeast. Our interpretation is amber in color with a medium malt body and confident hop profile. In an attempt to Americanize this beer, we used a generous amount of Cascade hops in the finish. This is what balance is all about.

This altbier pairs well with traditional German foods, earthy cheeses, smoked and grilled meats.
