Chocolate Porter This rich full bodied porter was created using several types of specially roasted malts to give it a deep, dark color, with bold notes of chocolate being the predominant flavor. Hop bitterness and aroma are are on the low side to help with accent the malt character even more. The beer finishes slightly sweet with a warmly, smooth creaminess.
Best With:
Porter is an excellent accompaniment to shellfish, particularly steamed oysters and clams. Robust porter and Baltic porter pairs extremely well with chocolate and cream based desserts.
