Bock This Bock has won multiple Gold Medals. It is brewed with a generous supply of Munich, caramel and chocolate malts and is fermented with Bavarian lager yeast. The resulting caramel sweetness and rich mouth-feel are complimented by the mild bittering of German Hallertau hops.
Best With:
This doppelbock is a great choice with pastries and desserts, roast goose, cured ham, smoked duck, wild turkey, filet with Dijon sauce, Chateaubriand.
