Self-Defined Style:
Amber Lager Hop Juice is a powerful Imperial IPA. It is brewed to 9.9% AVB, 100.1 IBU's, and dry hopped with a pound of hops per barrel. Hop Juice has a very strong aroma of pine and citrus. This hefty beer is balanced at the start with some nice caramel and brown sugar notes. Then it has a massive hop flavor and bitterness with some complex fruity characters.
Best With:
This Imperial IPA stands up to the spiciest of fare, from curry spiced Indian food to habanero infused Mexican dishes.

Poured at Hopleaf in Chicago
Dark amber color, light caramel colored head, retains well, crawls up the side of the glass.
Caramel notes in the scent.
Sweet hoppiness slides over the tongue, mild bite, caramel flavors and hop tingle linger long after the beer is down.
Pretty mellow for a "hop monster" but very delicious.
