Self-Defined Style:
Pale Ale Uinta's flagship beer, Cutthroat Pale Ale is a traditional Northwest American style Pale Ale. Named after Utah's state fish, Cutthroat is the top-selling craft brewed beer in Utah.
Appearance: Rich Amber color with a thick head.
Nose: Complex, yet balanced. Dynamic interplay between sweet malts and assertive hops.
Body: Medium-to-Full bodied
Taste: Malts and hops mingle harmoniously. Toasty caramel and molasses notes. Slightly fruity. Finishes dry. Refreshing.
Best With:
The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor of pale ale lends to this beer’s ideal match with generously spiced foods such as Southern barbeque, wasabi crusted Japanese dishes, and curry based Indian dishes. This style is also the perfect complement to grilled meats, burgers, and pizza. Awards:
