Named after the highest point in the State of Utah, King's Peak Porter lives up to its name by being big on flavor and complexity. Available year round.

Appearance: pours a rich, dark mahogany; almost black. Highlighted with a foamy, tan-colored head.Nose: Dark chocolate, toffee, toasted malt, and coffee

Body: Full-bodied, but not heavy. Light carbonation.

Taste: Delicate hop character balances a mild bitterness. Hints of espresso and dark chocolate mixed with gruit. Mildly sweet.

Best With:
Porter is an excellent accompaniment to shellfish, particularly steamed oysters and clams. Robust porter and Baltic porter pairs extremely well with chocolate and cream based desserts.
