Saison Saison de Pipaix has a gorgeous orange color with orange notes in a light malt aroma. The flavor reveals a marvelous mix of fruity flavors - mostly apple, orange and lemon - leads to a dry finish with a great deal of acidity lingering on the palate.
Best With:
A fresh salmon steak lends itself well to this saison. The oiliness is lifted by the carbonation as the flavor of the fish is charged the subtle lemon acidity of the beer.
