Self-Defined Style:
Belgian-Style Tripel Strong and sensual, this golden, Belgian-style ale glows with goodness. The richness of German malts and Belgian yeast are tempered by a sparkling approach and overall light body. Considerable depth of character with abundant herbal, fruity notes make this one to savor.
Best With:
A complex brew is a perfect choice as an aperitif with crab cakes, scallops or mussels or an assertive cheese such as a Roquefort or a Stilton; particularly delightful with asparagus. The perfect accompaniment to a fruit dessert, crepes or wonderful on its own as a digestif.

Comments
A deep golden slightly orange color
Appearance: deep golden
Appearance: deep golden almost orange
Aroma: Belgian yeast
Flavor: classic Tripel, fruity, spicy, sweet malt masks high alcohol
Mouthfeel: crisp for a tripel, not too heavy
Overall Impression:True to style, very tasty, smells good, drinkable and luscious. Well worth the money.
Comments: Bought one 12 oz. to sample, will buy a sixer next time, great little Belgian out of PA.
