Self-Defined Style:
American IPA Menacingly delicious, with the powerful, aromatic punch of whole flower American hops backed up by rich, German malts. Hop Devil Ale offers a roller coaster ride of flavor, coasting to a smooth finish that satisfies fully.
Best With:
This IPA's generous hop character makes it an ideal pairing with spicy foods such as barbecue, dry-rubbed ribs, or ethnic cuisine such as curry based Indian food, wasabi based Japanese dishes, or spicy Thai entrees. User login

Victory Hop Devil IPA
Appearance:Copper Orange, very clear.
Aroma:a fresh grassy field, slight orange smell
Flavor:an IPA with more of a lemon and orange taste, with notes of fresh grasses. This isn't mind-numbingly bitter.
Mouthfeel:Rolls across the palate nicely, finishing with a refreshing and wet feeling of freshness. Doesn't dry out the mouth, and doesn't overwhelm the tongue.
Overall Impression:This is the IPA that got me into IPA's, and I love it for it's balance. I don't find it overwhelming with any characteristic. Furthermore, it isn't too dry on the finish as some can be, so I find it very drinkable, and begging me to come back for more. I've been into IPA's for about 4 years now, and I must say, I haven't turned away from this ever. It still remains in my top 5 of standard IPA's. I'd give it a 92.
Comments:Nose slightly clogged..damn stuffy winter.
Good shit
