Self-Defined Style:
Imperial IPA We celebrate the pioneering spirit of old Horace 'Hop' Wallop and those who dare mighty adventurous things in this vivid, robust ale. As our annual homage to the hop harvest, expect loads of aromatic splendor and bitter beauty.
Best With:
A general rule of thumb with this beer is 'the spicier the better.' The impressive hop bitterness in this beer can stand up to just about any degree of spiciness in dry rubbed ribs, Cajun cuisine, curry based Indian food, or wasabi spiced Japanese fare.

Note to self
Appearance: You'll see this in the store again.
Aroma: You think, "I lope hops!"
Flavor: You see the alcohol content, and you think "That is right up my alley".
Mouthfeel: But then you try it, and its kinda bland.
Overall Impression: I expected to be walloped with hops. I wasn't.
Comments: Please try to remember this.
