Very Pleasant Ale
Appearance:
Light brown/Golden
Aroma:
Slight malt, hop, and citrus.
Flavor:
Mild, but pleasing balance of hops, slight malts, and spice-like citrus.
Mouthfeel:
Inviting.
Overall Impression:
A very drinkable Ale with just the right combination and balance of the above. I can see this being enjoyed anytime, but especially on a hot summer afternoon.
Comments:
You just can't go wrong with a beer from Wachusett. This is another fine example.
