Self-Defined Style:Scotch Ale
Dark ruby red ale in the Scottish style. Undertones of raisins, smoke and malt. Big on flavor. Tis the season to be jolly. Built with 6 European and American malts and 5 adds of 2 English hops.
Best With:Braised lamb shanks, beef stew, sesame encrusted tuna steak
