Brewed By:
Wagner Valley
Self-Defined Style:
Dopplebock Sled Dog is a very malty, full-bodied lager brewed with lots of Munich, dark caramel and chocolate malts, and Northern Brewer and Tettnang hops. The flavors start out with caramel and chocolate and finish with just a touch of hops.
Best With:
Bock beers tend to be quite strong, yet they retain the characteristic clean, straightforward malt character of lagers that lends to heartier meats such as roasted or grilled pork tenderloin, venison, kangaroo steak, or wild boar.
