American IPA A premium IPA made with UK Maris Otter and crystal malt to balance a kettle hop bill of Cluster, Perle, and Tradition hops, with an added dry hop charge of Centennial and Cascade to add a genuine IPA finish. Named after the famous ‘Thunderbolt’ ski race held down the ungroomed slopes of Mount Greylock each year.
Best With:
Great with varieties of spicy foods such as Mexican or Thai dishes, but also with sharp cheeses such as aged Cheddar.
