Every year, spring time in New England is an awakening of the senses. After a long, cold winter, just about everyone (and everything) is ready to start anew. Little flower buds peak from the ground and animals begin to wake up from their winter naps. From the blooming flowers to the fresh, baby green grass, everything is given another chance. You can hear the hum of honey bees in the blossoming apple orchards, preparing for the fruit that will soon begin to grow. Our Limited Edition Spring Cider was made with this experience in mind.
Our perfect New England spring flavor: natural honey. Honey’s distinct flavor and aroma embody our Limited Edition Spring Cider’s true essence. After just a sip or two of this handcrafted cider, your senses will settle in and experience the taste of honey. We like to think of it as a perfect spring day with a splash of natural honey. In a bottle, of course.
Woodchuck Spring Cider exhibits a crispness of the Granny Smith apple with a complimentary balance of honey. This handcrafted cider has a delicate sweetness that does not overpower the palate and makes it very easy to drink. Woodchuck Spring Cider is the ideal drink for a special occasion, pairing well with many cheeses, breads, and hors d’oeuvres.

Starts great, finishes... weird.
The maple flavor starts amazing, then the brown sugar hits and it is just too strong of a taste too call it great. Not bad by any stretch.
