Very dark and chocolate. I tasted a slight coffee flavor but there was mostly chocolate. One of the better stouts I have had. This is not a very dry beer. For those who are not sure about really strong beers yet, this is a good first choice.

Very dark, smelled sweetly and of dark oats, very smooth in mouth and not hoppy, definite chocolate taste
