Murray's Cheese & Beer Pairing Class

Event Date and Time:
Jan 23 2012 - 6:30pm - 8:00pm

When: Monday, 23 January, 6:30-8:00 pm
Where: Murray's Cheese, 254 Bleecker Street, NYC
What: $75 for a pairing of 6 beers with 6 cheeses. Purchase tickets at the Murray's website. http://www.murrayscheese.com/edu_main.asp

The fine folks at Murray's enjoy certainly enjoy a glass of wine with their cheese but they also swoon over the pairing - the better pairing, in our opinion - of a farmhouse ale with a farmhouse cheese. Join Shelton Brothers and Sascha Anderson of Murray's Cheese for an exploration of some of our artisanal French beers and Murray's favorite French cheeses.
