Three classic Belgian brands, DeKoninck, Maredsous and Liefmans will be re-introducing themselves to the DC market on Thursday night, 24 May 2012 at Bourbon in Adams Morgan - these brands are now being handled by your beer-loving friends at Legends Limited. Also included for good measure will be two drafts from Brasserie d'Achouffe.

Join us as we celebrate another apprentice graduation! For his release, apprentice brewer Kerry Walker of Albany, NY offers a Patersbier (or Fathers beer) which is a style the monks would keep for themselves. Originally just written about by Stan Hieronymus and Kristen England, this beer was shared by the Cistercian monks of Malle with the authors during a visit along with the recipe.
