Try this medium-bodied red ale, a malty brew with hints of caramel and toasted bread. It’s smooth and balanced, with a subtle earthy and spicy flavor and aroma from the hops and peated smoked malt. It’s the perfect beer to transition from the heavy dark beers of winter to the lighter more quaffable beers of summer.
A twist on a traditional west coast IPA featuring a deep red color from European dark caramel malts. We brew with generous amounts of American hops including Calypso, Palisade and Chinook to give this IPA a distinctive hop aroma. You'll notice a strong hoppy flavor with caramel malt undertones and a unique color that gives this IPA a whole new personality!
Somewhee between an English Amber and an American Red Ale, this densely malty and reddish in color. Smooth, round, and full-bodied, it has an intensely malty and aromatic flavor. The Use of Amarillo hops adds a spicy note to the beer and gives it a slightly bitter finish.
Redhook Brewery, in partnership with sports broadcasting icon Dan Patrick, announced today that they will introduce their newest beer, Audible Ale, with a special event featuring Dan before Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens.
Mild amber in color, Audible Ale is brewed for crushability with lots of flavor. A light to medium body and modest Cascade hop aroma give the beer overall balance, with a clean finish that makes you want to reach for another. Audible Ale weighs in at ABV 4.7% and IBU 22.
A little while back Latitude 33 was honored by a couple of local restaurants and was asked to create some new brews to help celebrate their anniversaries. Slater’s 50/50 wanted something to compliment their epic bacon-centric menu. So what did we do? How about a smoked red ale fermented on American oak and with maple syrup, sounds like a good match with all things bacon.
Caramel, Toasty, and Clean. This red ale is our unique version of a northern German Alt-Bier. Our Alt-Bier is very traditional except for one twist, chocolate roasted malt. We decided to add the chocolate malt to add a little more complexity to the beer and for a perceived dryness that helps to balance the caramel malty flavor. Enjoy silky caramel smoothness, followed by toasty, bready flavors and finished with a hint of chocolate roast. These flavors all come through in the aroma and combine in a truly unique, very clean, complex, Alt-Bier.
Hearty foods such as roast pork or chicken and smoked sausage. Roasting or grilling creates carmelization in food which pairs with the caramel flavors of the beer. Aged Gouda or Cheshire cheese

Highly regarded among hop-lovers, our Harvest Ale is a balanced and flavorful autumnal offering, to be enjoyed during the cool, crisp days of fall. We use a darker Caramunich malt and just a touch of chocolate malt along with a blend of Warrior, Ahtanum, and Columbus hops.
Brewed in the tradition of a pre-lager German amber style Altbier. A medium-bodied ale with a predominantly malty character. Brewed for a smooth, refreshing finish that offers subtle hop notes and faint hint of fruitiness.
