In greek mythology Triton, the messenger of the sea, had the power to raise or calm the waves. Our barley wine may not be quite that strong but huge quantities of Maris Otter and Crystal malts and Chinook, Columbus, and Golding hops could have some people thinking they can. Extremely limited, only 30 bbls brewed
Big boozy bourbon and American oak aromas combined with soft chocolate malty undertones. Complex malt flavors framed in oak, with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, coconut and just a touch of dark cherry. This is definitely a sipping beer, best served in a brandy snifter. This ale pairs well with dark chocolate and sturdy cheeses.

DDBA is our flagship beer brewed at double strength. It is amazingly similar in many respects to our barrel fermented DBA and possesses everything we love about that beer times two. English caramel malts lend rich toffee character that pairs well with assertive medium toast American oak barrels.
Selectively fermented in the Firestone Union.

Aged in bourbon barrels, King Henry is a burgundy hued English-style barleywine with aromas of vanilla, oak, and dark fruit. Caramel and toffee flavors blend together with bold notes of bourbon delivered in a smooth body followed by a malty finish. No matter the occasion, King Henry promises a regal drinking experience.
Our Wheat Wine is brewed in the style of an American Barleywine using 50% dark wheat malt which imparts a nice copper color and a “wheaty”, malty backbone. This ale utilizes Northern Brewer and Liberty hops which perfectly balances the maltiness.
This Imperial Barley Wine Style Ale has a rich amber color with a full, robust body. This Barley Wine Style Ale has a traditional warming malt flavor with a delightful hop finish, While exceptionally drinkable now, it will continue to improve with age - taking on subtle flavors of dark fruit, sherry and anise. Hop flavors and aromas will become more rounded and luscious caramel malt notes will become more intense.
