Self-Defined Style:
all-malt, single-hop brown ale.
Strength (ABV):
6.0% ABV

A balance of malt and hops. A blend of past and present.

Inspired by the all-malt brown ales in Anchor’s brewing archives, Brekle’s™ Brown has a coppery brown color and unusual depth of flavor with hints of citrus which makes for richness and complexity without heaviness. The classic, all-malt, single-hop brown ale.

Brewmaster Mark Carpenter's unique recipe—a tip of the hat to our first brewmaster—looks to both the past and the future. It starts with a special blend of roasted malts.

This medium dark beer is layered with rich malty aromas and flavors of chocolate, caramel, brown sugar, and a hint of vanilla. Kerkom Bink Bruin

Brewed By:
Kerkom
Self-Defined Style:
Brown Ale
Strength (ABV):
5.5% ABV

Farmhouse-brewed Belgian brown ale that starts out malty and fruity but finishes surprisingly hoppy and dry. Bink Bruin is refreshingly absent of the sticky, syrupy sweetness so prevalent in Belgian brown ales.

It ranks among Belgium’s hoppiest beers, but there is plenty of malt flavor despite its relatively low 5.5% alcohol by volume. A lovely, well-made beer that proves you don’t need a lot of alcohol to get a lot of flavor.

Self-Defined Style:
A rare English Style Dark Mild
Strength (ABV):
4.4% ABV
Color (SRM):
27º L
Bitterness (IBU):
29 IBU

‘Dark Mild’ English style session beer with the ABV and color of an Irish Stout but a nuttier, softer mouthfeel from crystal and chocolate malts, and a finishing dryness from aroma hops. Brewed for drinkability to extract the maximum complexity and flavor from a relatively ‘light’ beer, warm fermented to accentuate dark fruit and roast malt notes. Conceived for cask and perfect served as a Real Ale. Hopped with Cluster and Perle.

Best With:
Dark meat barbecue plates, charcuterie, and any other unctuous dishes (this is a dry, palate cleansing beer with flavor strong enough to stand up to the food). Also a refreshing alternative to your morning coffee! Kegerator required for the latter.
