Wonderfully layered, Brown Ale has a delightfully broad range of aromas and flavors that compared with Pale Ale, is slightly more complex and richer. This complex yet smooth ale is a testament to Ise Kadoya’s continuous efforts to creating a better beer.

A brown-red ale with the aroma of cake, raisin and a touch of spice. The flavor starts off with the aforementioned raisins, and then moves on to a light chocolate and brown malt taste with a leafy hop and anise finish. The body is medium to light.
The alcohol content is 6.5 vol%.

Flying Dog Nocturnal Nut Brown is a 6.4% ABV brown ale with Caramel 60, Victory, Cara-Pils, Chocolate, and Smoked malts and Perle and Willamette hops. In addition to their love of the night, nocturnal creatures have highly developed senses, which is recommended to fully appreciate this complex Nut Brown. The malty profile is dominated by caramel and chocolate sweetness with undertones of hazelnuts, dark fruit and subtle smoke.
