Watch City Brewing’s German-style Golden Ale. This light offering is brewed with premium German Malt, noble hops and yeast. The fermentation is done on the colder side of ale fermentation temperatures (61–65 F) and lagered for weeks in cold conditioning to produce a clean, crisp, delicately balanced beer usually with very subtle fruit flavors and aromas. Subdued maltiness throughout leads to a pleasantly refreshing tang in the finish. Smooth and crisp in the taste.

Slaapmutske BIO-Tripel is a golden blond high fermentation beer of 8 Vol% with secondary fermentation in the bottle. By using different organic malts combined with natural aromatic hopping is a beer with a fresh aroma and a spicy, bitter aftertaste obtained. The aftertaste is malty and flows out in a nice soft bitter, hopmondgevoel. The fermentation creates a fine carbonated sparkle that the compact solid foam maintains.
