Double Hump is their contribution to the West Coast / San Diego Double IPA. A coppery amber in color with a moderately persistent ivory-white head and malty, citrus and herbs aroma, American Two-Row and English Pale and Munich malts provide some light, sugary flavors well-balanced by the pronounced bitterness of the “3C” (Columbus, Chinook and Cascade) hops. All-in-all a very well-structured beer that makes it hard to believe that it’s a double IPA

Best With:
Sharp Cheddar cheese, broiled steak

We’re not dishing on the latest undeserving Hollywood celebutante counting down their 15 minutes. We’re talking about the big, bold, and beautiful Centennial hops. With huge floral and citrus notes, these high alpha hops are one of the the industry’s few triple threats. They can be used for bittering, aroma, and flavor, which make them perfect for our latest Single Hop Imperial IPA.
