UFO Pale Ale is our twist on a traditional British Pale Ale. It pours a vibrant amber color with a medium malt body and an assertive hop character throughout. This beer is well balanced, with grassy, flowery hop flavors and aromatics. Like the rest of our UFO beers we leave it UnFiltered for more natural taste, a soft, full mouthfeel, and a distinctive cloudy appearance. UFO Pale Ale is perfect for an autumn's evening, a night out or just a change of pace. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy brewing it! Cheers!

St. George Summer Ale couples an aggressive late hop character with a medium bodied ale to produce a highly-drinkable, thirst-quenching beer. A slight maltiness and perfectly balanced hop bitterness along with its classic English hop finish makes this is the perfect drink for beating the summer heat. This ale is a very pale golden color with a thick creamy white head.

The Alpine Black IPA made its debut at the Vermont Brewers Festival in Burlington, Vermont in July. It was intended to be a one-off pilot batch and quickly evolved into an instant favorite. To appease demand we have decided to release it as our new Otter Creek Winter Seasonal. Those who attended the VBF were lucky to get a sneak tasting of this incredible brew. Since then it has been the buzz around town.

The PETRUS Triple and the PETRUS Old Brown Ale are both exceptional and authentic beers, and can be enjoyed year round for your drinking and dining pleasure. During the cold months, however, one more PETRUS joins the selection: the PETRUS Winter Ale. A special brew, offering a 6.5 % Alc. by Vol., with a unique taste that is perfect for winter. This full bodied dark beer is only brewed from September through the end of November. The first containers leave Belgium around half September to arrive in the States around half October.

We love a good bitter, refreshing and satisfying all at once, and this ESB from Huvila is no exception. The brewery's award-winning flagship beers adds a new dimension to the classic style.

It is a Finnish twist on a British-style special bitter, brewed with Finnish malt, and East Kent Golding and Styrian Golding hops. The malt adds a deeper toasted flavor that plays nicely with the light hop-bitterness.

Not just for long nights and cold days, this is a must try at any time of year. A beautifully balanced and completely tasty beer.
