Brewed in January 2011, our Imperial Porter was carefully aged for a year in Kentucky Bourbon casks from Maker's Mark, Jim Beam and Austin Nichols. This aging amplifies our robust porter and brings out hints of chocolate, figs, vanilla and oak. Deep black in color, with a roasty malt flavor and a rich malt and vanilla sweetness that’s smooth and amazingly drinkable. A wonderful addition to any beer cellar. Limited availability in 22oz. bottles and draft. Available February 2012 Until it’s gone! ABV 9.5% IBUs: 40

This may be the beer with which to save (or lose) your soul. Dried fruit flavors entwined with smoky pepper and licorice embossed on roasty malt sweetness open on your tongue as the slow warmth of chilis creep up on your tongue and throat, finishing in an herbal smoke ring flourish.

Real maple syrup tastes great on pancakes and waffles, but it’s awfully good in beer too. Porter is a classic British ale style that traveled to the United States, sustained George Washington during the Revolution, and later built London’s great breweries. Mary’s Maple Porter is a rich, dark ale featuring a large portion of her maple syrup in the kettle.

According to Montana legend, deep in the expanse of the Bob Marshal Wilderness there lives a small band of rugged and ferocious.... Chihuahuas Bobo is the packs’ Alpha Male, and in a word he is ROBUST. So naturally we thought he deserved his own delicous Robust Porter A small bottle with big flavor! Brewed with 6 different malts & generously hopped. Robust doesn’t really begin to describe this beer. Smooth chocolate flavors with hints of coffee, caramel, and vanilla. Hop presence is copious and is matched by rich malt flavors
