Witbier
Triverius was primarily brewed to be refreshing, soft, and well-balanced. The brewery decided to brew a wheat beer, but not an ordinary wheat beer.
The beer contains about 40% more malt and wheat than an ordinary white. A very powerful yeast is used, leaving little residual sugar behind and ensuring that the Triverius is sweet and dry. Like other Belgian witbiers, orange peel and coriander are used, lending a subtle bitterness and aroma to the beer. The beer will be cloudy, as it is unfiltered, and experiences a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
