Pours a deep, midnight black with a light tan head. Smells of coffee and dark chocolate and the mouthfeel is velvety smooth with flavors of roasted malts, oatmeal and warm bread. Dragonstooth is a very drinkable stout – satisfying but not heavy.

Malty, hoppy, toasted and orangey. Golden copper in color. Brewed with Pale, Munich, Crystal, Cara-hell and Belgian Special B malts. Bittered with Chinook, finished with Cascade and Centennial hops. The name alludes to the goddess Athena, patroness of warriors, weaving and wisdom.

Demanding beer for demanding beer drinkers -- that's our Pale Ale. We craft this American pale ale with hearty amounts of pale and Munich malts, then balance it with lofty amounts of hops throughout. It's a finessed version of hop-head fun -- a black diamond beer without the bumps and dangerous curves.

471 IPA pours as a clear, orangey color with a creamy, eggshell white, moderate head; it has a good lasting ability and some sporadic lace. Aroma sweet from the tangerine, light orange peel, light pine, dank, wisps of alcohol, and faint notes of biscuits. Flavor is similar with its tangerine, grassy notes, light pine resins, light white grapefruit peel, and a sweet bread note. Palate is medium, lively, and balanced between oily, dry, and crisp and lingering tangerine notes.
