Classic, extremely drinkable pilsner.Its low bitterness and moderate body make it a perfect session brew.

The brewers at Smuttynose bumped up the acidulated malt to balance the mash pH and were able to mimic a traditional pilsner quite well. They also boiled the water first to soften it enhancing the smoothness of the brew.

Moa Methode is bottle fermented and conditioned to give a natural, more consistent carbonation and flavour.
