Embrace a classic! Hometown Blonde is an Old World style pilsner, assertively hopped with four premium hop varieties. Tettnanger, Saaz, Styrian Golding and Strisselpalt varieties all grace this German-style brew with the complex character you enjoy in a classic pilsner.

Expect to pour an elegant blonde glass of beer, crowned with a rich head of foam that resonates with our chorus of hops. Although delicate in appearance, our Hometown Blonde has a backbone, but of course that's no surprise in Wisconsin. Enjoy!

"Fizzy Yellow Beer" should be full of life and flavor unlike the domestic, mass-produced, insipid, fizzy yellow swill that takes up cooler space and tap handles at markets, pubs and restaurants. San Diego's East Village is full of life and Green Flash is adding flavor to this burgeoning neighborhood with East Village Pilsner™. Made from premium European pilsner malt and Noble hops, traditional pilsner lager yeast ferments the beer and imparts a clean flavor and unique character.

Brooklyn Gold Standard

Brooklyn
Self-Defined Style:
Kellerbier
Strength (ABV):
6.5% ABV

Brooklyn Gold Standard Export Kellerbier is here to channel the days when the land was green with beer gardens. The title “Export” connotes a beer more robust than pilsner, while the word “Kellerbier” tells us that it’s unfiltered. Our malt is 100% floor-malted Bohemian barley, giving the beer a rich bready backbone. And Brooklyn Gold Standard is going to need a solid backbone to hold up all those snappy German Hallertau Perle, Hallertau Mittelfrue and Czech Saaz hops that are leaping out of the glass. A long, cold lager fermentation makes it rich, but smooth.
