SEVENTEEN is a celebration and study of the aromas and flavors of German hops. And knowing our fetish for those beautiful green cones, you can be confident that the contents of this bottle are well hopped for your olfactory pleasure. My Antonia started out as a Collaboration beer when Sam brewed it at Birra del Borgo (hope you can read Italian) outside Rome, Italy with owner/brewer Leonardo DiVencenzo in October of 2008. In 2010, we began brewing My Antonia here at Dogfish Head brewery in Delaware for U.S. distribution.

My Antonia (named after the Willa Cather read), is a continually-hopped imperial pilsner.

Birra Moretti La Rossa is a double malt beer produced using 100% high quality barley malt. This gives it a full, caramelised malt flavour and an intense aroma of roasted malt.

Its distinctive amber colour originates from the type of malt used when brewing, a special malt which is dried and roasted.

Another basic ingredient of this beer is hops. The hops used is a particularly aromatic variety which gives it a uniquely bitter aftertaste and a delicate fragrance. Master brewers suggest drinking this beer with a serving temperature of between 10° and 12° C.

Best With: 
Fish starters, both warm and smoked, pasta dishes featuring crustaceans, cheeses or tomato-based sauces, main courses of fish with tomato-based sauces, red meat and simple desserts.

Cricket Hill has done it again! We have brewed the magnificent dark lager that was a favorite of our tour goers in last year’s trial experiment. Our Cricket’s Nocturne combines a mild crispness with subtle toasty, chocolate notes to make it the perfect thirst quencher on days when there’s a chill in the air. It’s a great accompaniment to hearty Autumn or Winter meals, or dessert by the fireside. This American dark lager’s unique balance of easy drinkability and richness of flavor make it a classic Cricket Hill delight!

Best With: 
Dark lagers are the ideal accompaniment to all manner of sausages, particularly hearty variations including bratwurst and kielbasa. It also works beautifully with baked ham.

Each bottle of Ultra Dragon Fruit Peach is 95 calories and 4% ABV, on par with other fruit-flavored offerings in the Ultra family. The beer uses Dragon fruit (also known as Pitayas) and peaches for flavoring. Though Dragon fruit is born out of South America, it is often grown in Asian countries as well.
