Orange-light amber, beautiful creamy head. Notes of grapes, prunes, scent of elderflowers, roses, and violets. Many floral notes, delicate, dry in the finish, beautiful thirst quencher in the spring and summer.
Savory hor d'oerves, duck, apple pie, pumpkin pie.
Dark red in color with little to no head. Sweet dark cherries, ripened under the warm Italian sun, meet a blend of sour beers, one old, the other young. When you drink Scires, let your creativity wander for Scires is a style of its own.
Crepes suzette, tuna salad sandwiches, roast duck, fruit or chocolate desserts. Mix this with a stout for a complex blend of chocolate and cherry.
Deep amber with a slight haze. Tight head. Intense nose with distinct notes of exotic fruit, raspberry schnapps and freshly-cut hay, complex, it will evolve with time. On the palate, the beer first yields an intense creamy feeling leading to a crisp, moderately bitter finish mirroring the bouquet. La Cuvée gives a very long mouth feel and its serious hopping means it'll evolve well over time.
This ale would be nice with seafood, but could be even better appreciated when washing the palate with a fine glazed raspberry torte, where the flavors can bounce off each other making a whole new rich bouquet.
Designed to be served hot as a true "winter warmer." Very dark in color with no head or carbonation. Spicy with cinnamon, cloves and notes of gingerbread. Warming with a slight vinous note and a lasting flavor of cinnamon and cloves.

The nose offers notes of violets, roses, cyclamen and citrus fruits. Nora is full bodied with an intense taste in which citrus aroma contrasts pleasantly the balsamic (mentholated) overtone. In the finish, bitter resins come through, especially in the end.
