Harpoon Honey Cider adds the sweetness of natural honey to Harpoon Craft Cider. A full-bodied cider with the subtle aroma of wildflower honey and apples, it has the flavor of fresh apples and the lingering sweetness of honey.

Like Harpoon Craft Cider, Harpoon Cider is naturally gluten-free. Its gluten content has been independently measured at less than 20 parts per million, meeting the FDA's proposed threshold for gluten-free.

Dances across the palate, like a band playing and people swayin’. Spend some time, wait a minute. Set it free.
Blended using 4 unique apple-wines aged in both rye and Bourbon American whiskey barrels. Apple-wines fermented with:Irish Stout yeast, Belgian Trappist yeast,Sake yeast and our original Colfax Classic.

The final blend is finished with Tupelo Honey aged in Bourbon barrels and a lingering open-mouthed kiss of fresh-pressed apple juice.

Boom, boom. Big, bold, swaggering cider. blended to the edge of dangerous. Blended 3 times, using apple-wines aged in rye whiskey barrels.

Using Colfax Classic apple-wine plus a “Forbidden Fruit” wit-style yeast fermentation. Final blend with unfilteredfresh-pressed Gravenstein apple juice.

Full bodied, subtly spicy rye whiskey notes & taste, butterscotch & ripe apple with mild apple-skin tannins. Sexy finish.

A medium sweet still cider. Available in 500ml bottles and on draught. Golden Valley Cider takes its name from the small corner of Herefordshire where cider has been made in the traditional way for centuries. Local apples are pressed, and the juice transferred into oak barrels where it is left to mature naturally in the time honoured way.
The Romantic Age of Steam and olde-worlde agriculture may be long gone, but here at least the Golden Taste of Real Cider lives on.

Aspall Imperial Cyder was spall’s first new cyder in 4 years. This cider is created from a 90 year old recipe refined for modern tastes, using apples from the 2010’s harvest with muscovado sugar to give it a sweet and mellow finish and has 8.2% ABV.
