On September 12, 1983, L. Knife & Son purchased L & M Wholesale located in Rome, NY, the same day the bottle bill took effect in New York State. In 1985, a new warehouse was erected in Westmoreland, New York which would become Tri-Valley Beverage, Inc. In 1995 we doubled our CEW space and in 2006 we added another controlled environment warehouse, remodeled the front offices, and added a huge, dynamic sales room. In our humble beginnings we had a market share of 13% but we now proudly boast a 35% share of the local market. Anheuser-Busch continues to be our dominant supplier, but we also provide Snapple beverages and the ultimate lineup of craft beers from around the world.
