I have been creating home brews for the For the Past two years at my house. I enjoy all types of craft beers but have been focusing on IPA's and Pale Ales for my personal brewing. My go to beer to drink is Guinness for the sake of it's consistency and subtle bitterness.
I am currently working with my brother to master a few of our beers and the consistency of our processes. We are hoping to release our first beer by year end 2010 depending on other work interests.
I am interested in learning more about beer marketing and branding, particularly in the craft segment and distribution methods.
