Alltech's Lexington Brewing Company has been brewing in central Kentucky since 2000. Kentucky Ale is a unique blend of two famous beer styles, Irish Red and English Pale Ale. Kentucky Light is a Kolsch Style beer, true to form of the Kolsch originating in Cologne Germany. Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is the Kentucky Ale aged in bourbon barrels that once held the finest bourbons of Kentucky.
