Summary

 Manage Accounts for 4 Sr. Directors of Business Development, totaling over 14 million dollars. Clients include Citi Bank, Bank of America, Discover, American Express, Perdue, Energizer, Nestle Purina, Nestle Waters, Nestle Solon, Kodak, Melitta Coffee, and Rich SeaPak.
 Responsible for the support of new business concepts and products.
 Consult with Catalina Sales Directors to ensure proper program execution for the Clients.
 Serve as the main point of contact with all Clients in regards to all Account Management.
 Collaborate with Catalina Sales Directors to troubleshoot and forecast program effectiveness.
 Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations to Sales Directors regarding program distribution to Client’s contracted budgets utilizing Weekly and Daily Distribution Reports.
 Attend Client meetings and calls with the Sales Directors as necessary and appropriate.
 Develop solid relationships with all Clients to ensure proper communication to allow for effective execution.
 Coordinate with Sales Directors to prioritize efforts with regard to new business development.
 Work closely with internal clients (Corporate Client Services) to ensure proper program execution.
